Calm Lake Dental can provide your family’s complete
dental care. We offer a wide range of services, including
routine hygiene, cosmetic and restorative and we’re
specially equipped to handle the needs of patients of
all ages, including the youngest of patients.
We are always accepting new patients and we consider
it a privilege to be entrusted with the dental care
of each patient. We like to think of our patients as
members of the family.

Options
Payment is due and appreciated at the time of treatment.
This helps us keep our costs in line. If you have a
concern, please talk to us in advance. We accept cash,
check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
A thought on insurance: Please understand that our
loyalty and commitment is to our patients. As such,
we work for the patients, not the insurance companies.
Because we do not wish to be controlled by the insurance
companies or limited by the benefit packages offered,
as a policy, we do not accept insurance co-payments.
However, we will do everything we can to help you maximize
your benefits on a yearly basis. Normally, you can count
on your insurance company paying 25-30% of the total
fee for services provided. As a courtesy to our patients,
we electronically file most insurances so that the waiting
time for reimbursement is minimal. We believe that a
cooperative effort between you and our office will result
in a dental experience that we are proud to provide
and each patient is pleased to receive. Your understanding
is appreciated.
